Water park was fun for the kids. Long wait at check-in and confusing layout. Mini golf was a nice touch, though. Food prices were high and not great quality.

The room was spacious and had a nice balcony. The comfortable bed provided good support. the suite felt a bit rundown, needing some updates. Temperature control was effective, maintaining a pleasant environment. We appreciated having a kitchen, but it lacked basic items, making cooking difficult. The noise level was mostly quiet, allowing for restful nights. The coffee machine was a nice touch, but the absence of coffee filters was inconvenient. the layout worked well for our family, offering plenty of space to relax after a busy day.

The kitchen was well-equipped with all the cookware and kitchen utensils we needed, making it convenient to prepare meals for the family. The private balcony provided a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the view. there were some areas that needed improvement. the cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired. We encountered issues such as a broken can opener, a half-broken knife, and a coffee pot still containing coffee from the previous guests. the dryer and dishwasher in the room were not functioning properly, which was quite inconvenient for us. the water park and pools were a hit with the kids, keeping them entertained for hours. The arcade was also a fun feature that we enjoyed. The property itself looked beautiful, and the underground parking was a nice touch for convenience. One aspect that stood out negatively was the lack of daily housekeeping services. Throughout our 7-day stay, housekeeping only came to our room twice. We had to constantly hunt down staff in the hallways for extra towels and toiletries. It was disappointing not to have our sheets changed or rooms cleaned during our entire stay.

The resort is so conveniently situated just a short drive from amazing attractions like Dino-Sue and Pandora, making it perfect for weekend explorers like me who love to stroll around and soak in the vibes, plus the spacious rooms with full kitchens felt like a cozy home away from home for our family with all the essentials to cook meals if we wanted to, and the pool area including the fantastic water park was pristine and offered fun for everyone. I did notice some room cleanliness issues during my stay but overall, the positive atmosphere and amenities definitely outweighed that.

Check-in was chaotic. Information was inaccurate, and a double charge occurred. I've struggled to contact customer service about this issue. The resort's amenities are impressive; pools and waterpark are highlights. The food was good, and staff were friendly, but cleanliness left much to be desired. Kids loved the activities, but staff at the Activity Center lacked warmth. Security issues overshadowed the experience-rude interactions ruined our family time. Beautiful surroundings can't make up for poor service and cleanliness. There's potential here, but the execution needs significant improvement. Proceed with caution if you value your peace of mind.

Our visit to the Disney's Animal Kingdom park was truly magical with rare creatures and world-class entertainment. The sprawling park offered authentic adventures in sections like Hollywood Boulevard and Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge. The big Surfari water park at this family-friendly resort was the highlight, featuring a gigantic pool, thrilling water slides, and a lazy river for endless fun.

My wife says that longer pool hours until 11pm would enhance family experience.

Had a blast at this hotel in Orlando! The super spacious rooms were perfect for my family of 5, and we loved the quick response from maintenance when our clothes drier needed fixing. The on, site pools, lazy river, and slides kept us entertained without the crowds, even in peak season.

A few hiccups along the way , the cleanliness wasn't top, notch, and we had to buy cleaning supplies. The pool area could have been tidier, and there was a mix, up with the linens the first night.
